Dear ASFG Community,
At ASFG, learning doesn’t stop when the school day ends. Our Extended Learning Program is designed as a natural extension of the school day, aligned with our mission and vision to develop open-minded, well-rounded, and balanced individuals. By offering a variety of enriching activities, we give students the opportunity to explore their interests, try new things, and develop lifelong skills beyond the classroom.

Registration for all 2026–2027 student after-school programs will take place through the Parent Portal on the ASFG website beginning on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3, at 12:00 p.m.
This centralized platform will allow families to explore all available options, view program schedules and fees, and submit payments—all in one convenient place.
All after-school programs will officially begin on Monday, August 24, 2026.

The 2026-2027 co-curricular program schedule has been posted on the ASFG website: Co-curricular Sports Program.
The registration process will be as follows:
From June 3 to June 12, students currently enrolled in the co-curricular sports program will be able to complete the re-enrollment process on the ASFG website.
Registration will be fully open to new students to the program starting June 22 until all available spots are filled for each team or sports activity. It is important to complete this administrative process as soon as possible to secure your child’s place in the co-curricular sports program.

Our mission is to open doors to multicultural understanding, personal growth, and global connection through language learning. We offer courses in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Italian, and Chinese.
Our approach goes beyond language skills, focusing on communication, collaboration, and cultural immersion. With a communicative and action-oriented curriculum, we prepare students to thrive in real-world situations. Our aim is to foster not only strong language skills but also global citizenship.
Our courses are open to both internal and external students from age 4 through adults.

The American School Foundation of Guadalajara’s Warrior Robotics is an award-winning, after-school FIRST Robotics program for students in grades 1–12. Through hands-on robotics, engineering, coding, and innovation challenges, students develop technical skills, confidence, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Re-enrollment for current Warrior Robotics students will be open from June 3 to June 12. Enrollment will open to students new to the program on June 15 and will remain open until all available spots on each team are full.

E3 offers engaging, hands-on classes for students from pre-first through 12th grades. Beyond academics and sports, students can explore cooking, visual arts, music, movement, strategy and logic activities, and so much more. Through creative and skill-based experiences, E3 encourages students to discover new interests, build confidence, and develop new passions. Classes are taught primarily by ASFG teachers in a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
