Application fee $1,770.00 mxn, non-refundable (personal check, credit card, not cash)
School Grades to date from current school plus report cards (grades) from previous years. (if the evaluation system is different from the Mexican (1-10) or American (A-F) please provide an equivalency chart)
Copy of vaccination record
Original and Copy of Birth Certificate
CURP (National student) or FMM Multiple Immigration Document (International student)
Copy of proof of Medical Insurance Coverage, with student’s name and expiration date.
Copy of proof of Local Current Address (in Guadalajara) (power, phone bill, bank account statement, lease contract)
Copy of official identification of both parents (INE / Passport )

Two recommendation letters from ASFG families (In case you don't know any ASFG families, contact Admissions at admissions@asfg.edu.mx)
Complete documentation for priority admission must be received no later than January 17, 2025 Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., previous appointment, in order to be considered for entrance to the 2025-2026 school year. Applications received after this time will be considered according to space availability.

It is responsibility of the parents to have an active phone number and email address as we will be in touch with you through this means for admissions related communication.
Note: For all admitted and enrolled students, final report grades at the end of the school year, sealed and stamped by the previous school, must be submitted before the beginning of school year in August.
Each year, ASFG families complete the re-enrollment process in March. This process may be done by appointment taking one hour per family. The re-enrollment period lasts four weeks and spaces for the next school year are saved for active students until the final day. Fees for the next school year are shared by email with our families the first week of February and this information is posted on our website shortly thereafter.
Full information regarding the process is posted on our website in late January or the beginning of February, before the annual re-enrollment period begins. Parents are requested to complete this process in person with previous appointment and the corresponding payments must be made with our school cashier.
