Step 3: Evaluations

After the complete application documentation has been received and approved by our Admissions Office, applicants are scheduled for an evaluation. Each grade level has a specific evaluation:

Early Childhood (Nursery, Prekinder and Kinder grade)

  • Students are evaluated in groups on January 22 and 23, 2026, with an additional day on February 27, 2026, for those who are unable to attend in January.

  • After these dates, students applying to ASFG will be evaluated individually by prior appointment.

Grades Prefirst, 1st and 2nd

Grades 3rd to 12th

  • Specific dates will be available, either on Saturdays or weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., by prior appointment.

  • Online evaluations are available for international applicants residing outside of Mexico.

Late admissions applications: individually, by appointment, and only after complete application documentation has been received, always depending on space availability.

More information regarding our evaluations:

Step 4: Family interviews

After the evaluation is completed, a 30-minute interview may be scheduled by our Admissions Office.

Step 5: Admissions decisions

Once the applicant has completed the documentation, evaluation, and interview, their file is reviewed by our Admissions Committee.
Admissions decisions for applicants in our priority admissions process (October 2025 through January 16, 2026) will be communicated by email between February 20 and 23, 2026, depending on space availability.

If a student is waitlisted due to limited space, the Admissions Office encourages families to remain on the waitlist until June 2026, although many students are placed well before that date. As our annual re-enrollment process is completed in March, additional spaces may become available after that time.

For late admissions applications, decisions are communicated approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the evaluation has been completed.

Step 6: Enrollment

March 2 - March 13, 2026: Enrollment period for applicants who receive an offer of admission on February 20 or 23.
Applicants who receive their admissions decision after these dates must complete their enrollment payment within two weeks of receiving their offer.

Note: After enrollment, the Mexican Educational Secretariats (SEJ or UNAM) will requiere additional documentation in order for any mexican school to officially register students in the Mexican Program. (These documentation must be submitted before the beginning of school year in August)

You can review the required documents here.
