Dear ASFG Community and General Public,
We live in a world that is constantly changing and that often keeps us in a state of alert rather than in a state of creation; it will not be easier for future generations — nor does it need to be. What truly matters is developing the capacity to face it with conscious leadership and responsibility.
The Alumni Association and The American School Foundation of Guadalajara, A.C. have the honor of welcoming Marta Ro, alumna (class of 2003), speaker, international coach, and Mexican-American communicator specializing in conscious leadership, brand purpose, and team development, to share this conference with us.
A conversation designed for professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, collaborators, parents, and anyone interested in strengthening their leadership with greater awareness, clarity, and responsibility.
In this conference, we will reflect on how we respond to what happens and the impact we generate in our environment.
This conference addresses topics such as:
Self-governance and personal responsibility
Leadership in personal and professional life
The impact of our behavior on our teams, organizations, and community
The power of choice, moment by moment, as the key to infinite possibility
Being a leader involves far more than achieving results, positively influencing people and taking responsibility for our impact.
