The Admissions Office would like to inform you that the re-enrollment process for the 2026-2027 academic year will take place from March 2 to March 27, 2026.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review and follow the steps outlined below:
Schedule your appointment
Please book a 40-minute appointment using the following link: re-enrollment calendar. A confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email provided in the booking page.
Parking will be available at door #3 (1065 Filadelfia street) from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with limited space available.
Appointments are scheduled per family, not per student.
Location and attendance
The re-enrollment process is available exclusively to parents and/or legal guardians.
The re-enrollment process will take place in the Middle School Multipurpose Room, located upstairs from the Lower School Cafeteria (see map).
Prepare the required documentation
Please bring the following documents to your appointment (printed or digital copies are accepted):
Copy of parents’ official ID (INE or passport)
Copy of the student’s major medical insurance policy
Proof of local address (electricity, internet, TV, or phone bill)
Guaranteed educational insurance:
All registered students are required to have this insurance coverage. To ensure its validity, the parent, legal guardian, or person financially responsible for the student’s education must attend the re-enrollment meeting, complete and sign the corresponding form, and sign the service contract with the school.
Fee Manual 2026-2027 school year

New Admissions (New Student Enrollment)
Families applying for new student admissions are kindly asked to wait for the Admissions Committee decision before scheduling an appointment. A separate appointment calendar will be used for families with new enrollments. Please note that appointments are scheduled per family, not per student.
You may complete all paperwork and documentation during your scheduled appointment. While we encourage families to complete the full process on the same day, we understand that payment may be completed on a different day, but it must be submitted no later than March 27, 2026.
Beginning Monday, March 2, the Parent Portal will be enabled for families who wish to begin the data validation process from home, helping to streamline the time spent during their appointment. This step is optional.
Completing the process within the official re-enrollment dates is essential to secure your child’s place for the upcoming school year. Beginning April 1, 2026, admissions will open to new students, and enrollment will be subject to space availability.
Families who may require special arrangements or have unique circumstances are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office at their earliest convenience at reinscripciones@asfg.edu.mx or 33 3648 2411 / 2412 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) to discuss their situation.
