Ani Navarro is the founder of Centro Ananda, "Un espacio para recordar," and brings over 22 years of dedicated work and training in physical and emotional well-being. A nationally recognized emotional therapist, Ani maintains a full practice and is the creator of more than 22 original workshops. Her entrepreneurial spirit has led her to expand into wellness product development, lead group retreats abroad, and speak at events across Mexico—including recent appearances in theaters and on podcasts, radio, and television. She also partners with companies to improve workplace culture and collaborates with hospitals to support holistic patient care.
