This workshop is based on the book How to Raise an Adult, which aims to educate children to become independent, autonomous, and resilient individuals.

🗣️ About the Presenter:
Malena Elvira has a degree in psychology from ITESO. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and two specialty certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has 18 years of experience providing counseling at Tecnológico de Monterrey at both the high school and undergraduate levels. Additionally, she has 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist and 6 years of experience in counseling at the elementary level at ASFG.
