We wish to express our deep enthusiasm and sincere gratitude for the continually increasing participation of our students, from pre-first through high school, in our cocurricular activities. Our classrooms and facilities on Saturdays are consistently filled with positive energy and productive engagement from all attending students.
This remarkable growth is a source of great encouragement and motivates us to advance our current projects and expectations, enabling us to develop the Extended Learning department to its full potential.
However, this success naturally represents new operational challenges, particularly the saturation of our entry and exit points during peak school hours.
Therefore, we must formally request your crucial cooperation on a specific point: we ask that you ensure your children bring their official school ID cards on Saturdays as well. Furthermore, we request that parents also carry their own ID cards. This measure will significantly streamline the process, eliminating the need for our security personnel to manually register every entry and exit. Consequently, this will guarantee a more efficient and secure flow for the admission, presence, and dismissal of everyone on campus.
