The American School Foundation of Guadalajara has been hosting the College Fair for more than 15 years, in conjunction with the ASOMEX schools. This year on September 23, ASFG will host more than 110 universities and organizations on our campus.
The fair kicks off with workshop presentations for high school students with topics ranging from “Tec de Monterrey International Programs” to “How to Prepare Yourself for College”. Students get to listen to three presentations choosing from more than twenty topics.
After the workshops, students get to visit information booths from all of the universities at the College Fair. This year we are proud to host more than 20 universities from Europe, 26 universities from Canada, 10 universities from Mexico as well as more than 50 universities from the United States. This allows students to have direct contact and make connections with admissions officers, who will possibly review their applications.
Parents are more than welcome to attend the college fair as well from 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. in the upper school building.
