Designed for parents, this talk provides an in-depth exploration of the brain through the lens of neuroscience, highlighting how mindfulness practices and the development of conscious habits can transform parenting. We will explore neuroplasticity, the impact of mindfulness on well-being, and the importance of developing a personal practice to lead with presence and clarity.
✨ Highlights include:
Understand the nature of the brain and its patterns to recognize why we react the way we do, and gain neuroscience-based tools to train the mind toward greater calm, clarity, and self-regulation.
Discover how the brain adapts through experience and practice, and how this understanding can inform your parenting approach.
To parent with awareness, one must first cultivate self-awareness. A personal mindfulness practice allows us to respond rather than react, fostering healthier family relationships.
